The movie is scheduled to have a limited theatrical airing in the USA on November 26, 2021. But the audience in other states can enjoy the movie on December 25, 2021. Yes, you read that right! Christmas will be the time when it will have a nationwide release in theatres. For the movie to air online, it isn’t the right time to speculate in this regard and can only be presumed once its nationwide airing terminates.

But what the movies are following post-pandemic is a simple route- first, the films are headed to theatres and, after a certain period of time, are premiered online on various platforms that charge for their subscription or VOD services.

There is a probable window of 45 days between the two releases, i.e., theatrical and on the internet. So it becomes somewhat certain that Licorice Pizza cannot be expected before 2022 and will become available at the comfort of our homes only during early 2022.

Where will it be Premiere Online?

As mentioned above, this comedy-drama film is an MGM release for a limited theatrical release, and a wider run will be seen nationwide. But when it comes to its online availability, the big deal that MGM had with Amazon can give us a hint. It can be ascertained that post its completion of 45 days theatrical run; Licorice Pizza can come to Amazon Prime Video.

A similar pattern was observed for MGM’s major movie- James Bond: No Time To Die- after its theatrical screening to be telecasted on Prime Videos this year. So high chances for this Paul Thomas Anderson movie to come to the streamer are there. But certain information can only be expected when its theatrical run is over.

The only word in the dictionary which can describe Lokesh well is "Curious". He is a man who sits in the corner of a café, sipping his coffee and watch others and write about them having a good time. Addicted to bettering himself each day. An impressive introvert who finds his home in the places he travels. It's either the power of universe or sunsets that sets his soul free. In between, He can be found wrapped in his own bubble, knitting stories even before the sun rises!
