This is a very entertaining movie from the 1990s. And it’s the third film in the order of the other home alone films that have been subjected to theatrical release. But this also happens to be the last film in line with this series. The concept of the movie is very different and entertaining too.
What Is The Movie About?
Peter Beaupre is a very dangerous and wanted criminal in Hongkong. And he’s been asked by a terrorist organization of North Korea to get back $10 million missile cloaking integrated circuits in the form of microchips. He also has to meet Alice Ribbons, Burton Jernigan and Earl Unger.
These people have to get hold of those microchips and secure them in a toy car that is remotely operated so that it can go past the security systems of the San Francisco airport. But there’s a luggage exchange by an aged woman in Chicago. Her name is Mrs Hess, and she accidentally takes this bag back with her. These spies go to Chicago to find this toy car and get the chip.
Where Does The Toy Car Go?
The toy car is in possession of an eight-year old named Alex. Alex has earned this toy car from Mrs Hess for shovelling the driveway. She lectures Alex a lot too. Now on reaching home, Alex discovers that he needs to refrain from going to school as he has got chickenpox. And just the next day, he notices some strange men outside his neighbour’s house.
He tries to inform the authorities about it, but when that doesn’t work, he fixes a camera in his toy car and leaves it out to trace the activities of those men. But he sees the spies run behind the toy car itself so Alex becomes curious and Alex takes back his car and opens it; he found a chip inside so he removed it from the car and then he informs the air force recruitment centre so that they can track the information in the chip.
The Horror Of The Spies
The spies then get to know about the boy watching over them, and that’s when they plan on getting inside Alex’s house. Alex fixes his house with traps with the help of his pet rat Doris and the parrot that belonged to his brother. Alice, Unger, Jernigan and Beaupre get inside the house, but the traps set by Alex injure them a lot.
They try finding Alex in the house, but he manages to flee from there and also keeps in mind that Hess might get into trouble because of him as Alice had her trapped in the garage. Alex frees her from there.
