The Plot
As only one episode is aired so far, there is no full plot or summary. However, Captain Charles Boone, the protagonist, and his three children return to Preacher’s Corners’ small town after his wife’s tragic death at the sea. Here they are haunted by a dark family history until they confront it. When returning to his ancestral home in such a small town of Preachers’ Corner, Captain Charles Boone had to fight to end the darkness to end the haunting of the family history.

Characters
Adrien brody is playing the role of Captain Charles Boone, the protagonist or main lead. He has to take care of his three children in the midst of heartbreak and horrifying family history. Emily Hampshire plays the role of Rebecca Morgan, who is an educated and ambitious journalist. She takes the job of a nanny for captain Charles’ children with the intent of writing a story on them later on.
Jennifer Ens plays the role of honor Boone, who is Charles’s eldest daughter and becomes a motherly figure for her younger siblings after her mother’s death. She is unhappy with the town as she is old enough to figure out that she and her siblings are a part of racism. Sirena Gulamgaus plays the role of Loa Boone, Charles’s middle child. She has to face a harder time than the others in the family as she has to wear uncomfortable leg braces due to her bone deformity. Ian Ho plays the role of Tane Boone, who is the only son of Charles and he the youngest sibling.
