The Plot of the Film
The plot of the film is based in Chicago. Danny Roman is believed to be the best police investigator in Chicago. But one of his friends warns him that someone is committing fraud and using money from the disability fund, but the friend responsible for giving the information about the embezzling of funds was found dead.
The Internal Affairs investigator Niebaum found a piece of possible evidence, a gun, handled by Danny Roman. Danny tried to prove that he was innocent, but his plea for mercy was turned down, so Danny decided to take Niebaum as his hostage and faced Chris Sabian, a proficient and skilled negotiator just like Danny Roman.
The two negotiators face each other in a head-to-head battle, and Danny wants to find out who killed his friend and the person responsible for the embezzlement of funds from the department.
