The cruelty of the American West is seen in the fifth episode of the 1883 series. The episode is directed by Christina Voros. Taylor Sheridan has written this episode, and this episode shows the first death of the season. Ennis (played by Eric Nelsen) announced his love for Elsa (played by Isabel May) and informed about the same to James (played by Tim McGraw).

Ennis was planning to marry Elsa but was killed while he was trying to rescue her from the attack of the bandits. There have been many deaths in 1883 so far, but it is Ennis’s death that leaves a deep impact as earlier Elsa’s future seemed to be bright.

Episode 5 of 1883 was yet another good episode of the Western series 1883. This episode showed the viewers the world through Elsa’s eyes and how her journey turned her from being an innocent girl to a woman full of grief. This journey transformed Elsa from a girl to a woman. Her journey becomes completely opposite after the attack held by the bandits. This attack shook the very foundation of the caravan.

It was known that the love story shared by Elsa and Ennis would not have a good ending. James and Margaret were well aware that they would not be able to protect their daughter from the world anymore. The episode shows Elsa’s transformation and how there is strength in number. The bandit attack ended surprisingly as it was not expected that there would be a victim.

Ennis being the victim shocked the viewers as he had true intentions of being with Elsa. He truly loved and wanted to be with Elsa. James’ moments of sadness are seen at the end of the episode, and the reason behind his sadness is that he realizes that it is not easy to find good men.

The only word in the dictionary which can describe Lokesh well is "Curious". He is a man who sits in the corner of a café, sipping his coffee and watch others and write about them having a good time. Addicted to bettering himself each day. An impressive introvert who finds his home in the places he travels. It's either the power of universe or sunsets that sets his soul free. In between, He can be found wrapped in his own bubble, knitting stories even before the sun rises!
