The series is an adaptation or is completely based on a non-fiction book which was written by Dr. Brene Brown. The name of the book was Atlas Of The Heart which is same as the name of the series. The book written by brown became one of the best-sellers just within the few days of its launch. As a result the book was decided to be represented as a series.
