Production Status of Avatar: The Last Airbender
In 2018, it was reported that the full production for the project would begin in 2019. Bryan Konietzko shared some previous storyboard pictures in September 2019. They might serve as the inspiration for this project.
Jan Chol Lee is the concept designer, and he has previously worked in Big Hero 6, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, and Beowulf. ProductionWeekly, in October 2019, shared with the fans that the show is still in development and that the production will start in 2020.
