The 6th episode of series 11 of Death in Paradise will arrive on BBC One at 9 pm on February 11, 2022. The recent episode gets kind of confusing and puzzling for the investigators as the woman who reported the murder was later found to be the person who got murdered. It was almost as if she had called to report her own murder and knew it was going to happen.
The real question was whether she had planned her own murder, or did she know it would happen to her or if there was any other victim out there. The case gets puzzling for Parker, Naomi and Darlene as they have no idea what tragedy befell the person who called them.
With the main cast solving the crime, the recurring cast also becomes a part of the scene. With many new faces and old faces, the Death in Paradise Season 11 will drop off its 7th episode on February 18, 2022. The episode is expected to uncover the truth about the shooting of a rap artist who shot dead at the soundcheck at his concert.
With the investigators trying to figure out what happened, the trainee officer Marlon begins to get into discomfort and fear as the crime somehow relates and comes back to him personally. Ralf Little plays the role of Detective Inspector Neville Parker. He takes over from DI Jack Mooney on a temporary basis but then falls ill and cannot travel back, so he decides to stay and make his name in Saint-Marie. Don Warrington plays Commissioner Selwyn Patterson. He is at the top of the police ladder in Saint-Marie. He is charming, intelligent and a natural winner. He appeared on the first episode of season 1 and has been here ever since.
Shantol Jackson plays Detective Seargent Naomi Thomas is fairly new to the current season. She is a gifted officer but has very little experience. Tahj Miles is the trainee officer Marlon Pryce. Just like Naomi, he is also a new member of the Honoré Police Station. The character initially began with a wrong foot, but over time his development made him a good and reliable addition to the team.

Kate O’Flynn appears as Izzy Parker. She is a sister to Neville and made her first appearance in the 5th episode of the current season. She has also played roles in Landscapers and Wanderlust. Ginny Holder plays Darlene Curtis. The character first appeared in season 7 of the series. She has also appeared in Holby City and Family Affairs.
Nicholas Bailey plays Cornelius St Brice, who is the new arrival to the 6th episode of season 11. The actor also played in House of Anubis and Doctors. Isabelle Connoly plays Astrid Mills. Just like Cornelius, her character also gets introduced in the 6th episode. She has also played parts in Stay Close and Vikings.

Summary
Death in Paradise is originally a British-French crime drama television series. It is created by Robert Thorogood. The series gets filmed on the French Caribbean Island of Guadeloupe and has a total of 11 seasons as of now and is still ongoing. Over the years, the series has seen changes in the main Detective Investigator many times, and sometimes the old actors come back as special appearances in the show.
The series starts with the British detective Richard Poole who is assigned to investigate the murder of a British police officer. After three seasons, Poole is murdered and is replaced by Humphrey Goodman, who stays on till the 6th season. Jack Mooney then replaces Humphrey, who resigns to start a new life with his girlfriend, Marth Lloyd.
Mooney remains till the end of the 9th season and then decides to retire and connect with his daughter back in London. The current investigator, Neville Parker, replaces Mooney and initially struggles with the island. He wishes to travel back but is forced to stay as he is unfit to travel. The show focuses on these investigators investigating and solving various crimes on the fictional island.

Death in Paradise has got good reviews in every season. View-wise, the first season did not do comparatively well like the others, but the increase in views has made the series very successful, with series 4 being the most-watched season having each episode as the most-watched episode of the day and the top ten of the weeks.
