In the previous episode 4, titled ‘H’ Is For Hero, we saw Dexter being completely shocked on learning from Kurt that his son is very much alive and is believed to help cope with the loss. But Debra doubts Kurt’s claims and thinks her to be lying.
On the other hand, we saw Harrison come out as a hero for being attacked by Ethan, but it turns out it was the former who hurt the latter using a razor, just like in Rita’s case. This lie by his son is found out by Dexter. Towards the end of the episode, we see that Kurt could be the second serial killer for the incidents at Iron Lake.
