The upcoming 9th anime series of the Digimon franchise, Digimon Ghost Game is a Japanese series written down by Masashi Sogo while joining him is Kimitoshi Chioka forming the director duo. Yomiko Advertising and Fuji TV have produced it. The news about the series was out during August of this year at Bandai’s DigiFes. However, speculations were that it got leaked prior to July on Chinese media.
During its official announcement, Tenya Yabuno released the initial clip for the series with visuals. He is involved in designing the characters, while Mariko Ito has helped in adapting them to the screen. Kow Otani has composed music for the series.

What is Digimon Ghost Game About?
The show follows a young boy by the name of Hiro Amanokawa, studying at Hazakura Academy, who decides to look into the matter that might pose a threat to humans and eventually the universe. The matter consisted of the appearance of Hologram Ghosts, who are strange creatures with unknown origin, and their rumors have taken social media by storm.
He comes across a device by the name Digivice that his father left behind. He turns on the device and gains the ability to see the otherwise invisible creatures unknown to humans. The creatures are known as Digimons. He then has an encounter with naughty Digimon Gammamon, who his father had given to him.
Then a series of strange events begin to take place around Hiro. Human time gets stolen by a man with a strange mouth. Many humans are being abducted by a mummy man who does so by coming out every night. Then the recent Hologram Ghosts have frightened people and are their targets.
But to save the world from danger, Hiro is determined to find a solution. He learns about the alternate world from where all the mysterious creatures are believed to come. Hiro, along with Gammamon and other friends, embarks on a journey into the world where Digimon lives in order to protect humankind.

The Japanese anime series is all set to air its first episode on 3rd October this very year. The show will be broadcasted on Fuji TV for a global audience. The viewers can also enjoy Digimon Ghost Game on Funimation and Crunchyroll on Sunday.
Various characters from the previous Digimon Adventure have also appeared this time, and the series is somewhat similar. Subsequent missions will be revealed after the premiere of the foremost episode.
