Besides this story arc, Ben watches how Vanessa acts crazy. Ben takes on a path he is not in favor of, which leads him to discover a truth about Vanessa. In the previous episode, “O is for Ovaphobia,” David and Kristen are determined to explore the truth behind the RSM fertility center. As David and Ben enquire Kristen about her daughter, Lexis, who was born at the same clinic, Ben asks her about Lexis’s sharp teeth. Kristen takes offense to the proposed ‘demonic’ nature of Lexis. While the apparent demonic nature is not bothering Lexis, she is very much concerned about her body image.
Kristen decides to intervene in Lexis’ troubling issues and advice her to embrace her body and feel comfortable in her own skin.
