Recap of Family Guy Episode 5 Season 20
Stewie is quite loud, and that is disturbing Chris’s sleep, and this makes him angry. Stewi gets a new toy Chi-Chi from Lois. Chi-Chi is then introduced to Rupert (his favorite toy). Swanson, while doing laundry, notices that both Quagmire and Peter wear underwear of the same brand.
Stewie doesn’t like Chi Chi and wants to get rid of it. So, a deal is made between Stewie and Doug. They meet at a park and decide to get rid of Tiggywinkles and Chi-Chi. Stewie gladly accepts the offer.
Swapping of Undies
Quagmire and Peter’s underwear get exchanged. When Peter wears Quagmire’s underwear, their personality gets swapped. Peter’s sex drive increases, and Quagmire cracks silly jokes just like Peter. When they both learn about their underwear getting swapped, an awkward environment is created. Quagmire is not able to bear the thought and decides that he will move.
Tiggywinkles and Stewie
Stewie heads towards Doug’s home to complete their plan that is killing both Tiggywinkles and Chi-Chi. But, when he enters Doug’s room, he finds that Tiggywinkles is a cat and realizes that he can’t kill him. Doug warns him not to turn away. Stewie backs off but later on, finds that Tiggywinkles is dead. Doug clicks a picture to accuse Stewie of the murder. Later on, both Stewie and Doug reconcile.

As per the official synopsis of Episode 6 of Family Guy Season 20, the entire focus of this episode will be on Stewie. Havoc is caused when Stewie thinks that he has terminal cooties. After his discovery which basically is a nightmare, he takes extreme measures to become free of it. His irrational assumption will surely make the viewers laugh.
Peter’s development will also be seen getting obsessed with Bonnie’s cooking skills. This can lead to a rift with Lois.
