Battlefield 2042 is a shooting video game that has been designed by DICE and released by Electronic Arts. It has been launched recently, on November 19, 2021, can be accessed by players from Microsoft Windows; PlayStation 4; PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and Series S. This game does not have single player mode and can be played by several players at a time only. The game falls under the genre of first-person shooter.
The game has a lot of features like, several customizable weapons; drones, vehicles and have many roles that can be played. There are 3 modes provided namely All-Out Warfare; Breakthrough and Conquest.
Why is it the Worst Rated Game in the Franchise?
If a game is slow running, full of lag r glitches and have abundant bugs, is anyone going to like it? The more a game is swift and fast to play, the more players get attracted towards it and it seems Battlefield 2042 has failed to do that. Players are disliking the game for this reason.
Another reason that is to be cited as well is that the game does not support single player mode. Can you believe it that if you want to play this game, you need to have friends, or have to to get into the field with unknown players? These are the 2 major drawbacks and thus has been ranked the worst rated game in the Franchise.
How did Players React?
People had high expectations from the game but all got doomed. It has only been a week since the game got released and the players are quite fed up already. Within 2 days about 29,000 players have already remarked the game as one of the worst games they have ever played and it seems the franchise are to be highly blamed.

Positive Review of the Game
Any game can have issues and so it should not be judged very quickly whether it is good or not. PCGamer are not as unhappy as most of the players are, and have given the game a score of 80/100. The game might have bugs or some other issues but the overall playing experience is not that bad.
