What would be the worst nightmare of being a surgeon? I believe it is to be on duty when your family is undergoing surgery. There are rules where the surgeon doesn’t have to be part of the surgery if one doesn’t want to. What if there is a shortage of doctors, and the doctor is forced to be a part of the surgery?
It could be so traumatizing, as you are watching your loved one dying. If the situation is critical and there are low chances of survival, it would be even more difficult. If you are a doctor you might relate very well to the situation, if not we will have to watch their lives to understand the feeling of being there when you see your family is dying!

Plot Speculations
In Episode 9, there is a terrible storm that causes many casualties and many admissions to the hospital take place but the resources become minimal due to the overflow of patients. In this situation Dr. Sam Griffithand her staff, are forced to make spontaneous decisions regarding the treatment of the patients, deciding who has to be attended to first, at the same time Dr. Rob Griffith meets a child who is been hospitalized with a unique cardiac issue.
In this episode we will be able to see how these issues will be solved by the doctors, will the child survive the unique issue faced? Will the doctors find a way to protect every patient that is in the hospital, or only the dire needed patient will be saved?
Recap
Dr. Rob Griffith goes into a coma. In the meantime, Dr. Sam excels in her field of the profession from a skilled cardiac surgeon to a Chief of Surgery. After several months Dr. Rob wakes up from the coma and demands his position, which threatens Dr. Sam as he is not very approving of her and her talents in her field of occupation.
In episode 8, we see how Dr. Rob finds the reports were all clear and he is not able to find the reason for the mental problems that he has been facing. Sam learns about Rob’s nightmare scenario and recommends he visit a therapies someone whom he can trust. They also found out their patient Amy who said she hasn’t been drinking alcohol was lying all the time. We also see the problem faced by Isan as he had lost a patient in his past.
As the episode proceeds, we see that Vivian finds out that when Dr. Rob met with an accident he was drunk and that’s the reason she did not let him in the hospital to protect him from the legal laws that would be imposed on him, which leaves Sam, heart, broken!
