K-Drama Jirisan is an ongoing drama. The name of the drama originates from the second-highest mountain in South Korea and the tallest in mainland South Korea. The drama series is a TvN special. The South Korean channel TvN has marked its 15th Anniversary and has promoted this series as a special drama.
Jirisan is about the story of the people who are the whole and soul of the mountain, and they are the rangers. Rangers are basically the people who look after the nature on the particular mountain and help the people who come to hike on the mountain and lose their way to get back safely. The drama will focus on the mystery of people who kill, get killed, or end their lives.

The K-Drama Jirisan will release episode 3 of the drama on October 30, 2021, as announced by the officials. The series releases its episode twice a week. The new episodes of the drama are out every Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm KST. The series is going to have a total of 16 episodes.

Recap of Episode 2
The storyline of the series is in the sense of past and present, and so sometimes it gets difficult to follow. In the previous episode of the series, we got to see that our rangers were faced with a person who claimed to be searching for his father but was actually a wanted person. The wanted person used to tie ribbons and confuse the hikers that would otherwise reach the top of the mountain. The wanted person runs away when the rangers get to know about his wrong-doings.
The episode then shows the ancestral rites of the people who died in 1995 due to a natural disaster on the mountain. The story then returns to the present time, where Yi Kang asks the new ranger who joined them to build a rock arrangement that points towards Haedong Station. The episode ends with Da won looking up at a figure whose identity is not revealed.
Plot Speculations Based on Previous Episodes
The next of the series will probably tell us the identity of the person who was seen by Da won. Apart from that, we will get a lot of glimpses from the past of both Yi Kang and Hyun jo. It’s not revealed if the person Da won saw was human or ghostly. The series is building its mystery with every episode. The preview of the next episode stated about a person murdering people on the mountain.
So the third episode of the series will be packed with action, drama, mystery, and thriller.
