If we are asked about web series and dramas, without giving it a second thought, we have to admit that Korean dramas are emerging as the most popular and most-watched dramas throughout the world. Directed by Shin Chang-Seok, “Young Lady and the Gentleman” is also one of such popular South-Korean Dramas.
The first episode of this famous k-drama premiered on September 25, 2021, and continued to air every Saturday and Sunday on KBS2. Within a few episodes of its premiere, this series had a massive fan following because of its beautiful story and sparkling chemistry between the star cast.
About the Drama “Young Lady and the Gentleman”
The drama revolves around a father of three children, Lee Young-Kook (Ji Hyun-Woo), a widower and hasn’t recovered from his wife’s death till now. On the other hand, he finds it difficult to raise his children alone, so he hires Park Dan-Dan (Lee Se-Hee) as a live-in tutor for his children. With time he develops feelings for her as, despite her difficult circumstances, Park Dan-Dan maintains a bright and upbeat demeanor.

With every episode, the drama has successfully sought attention and created an enthusiastic approach for it in viewers’ minds. So, as the previous episode (i.e., Episode 18) of this romantic K-drama aired on, the fans are quite impatient to know what will happen in the next episode (i.e., Episode 19). Ryeon embarrassed Dae Beom’s family by breaking up with him. Later she accepted her fate and tried to make amends with Kyunkg Seok and marry him to satisfy her family’s wish. But what she didn’t realize was that Kyung Seok was simply marrying her for the money. Kyung Seok had been acting strangely on her side, but she dismissed it all. However, the truth comes out when Kyunkg Seok’s girlfriend comes up at the wedding with the pregnancy news.
At first, Ryeon denied believing the girl, but she couldn’t help herself by believing in the girl when she shows her the pregnancy reports. She had already lost her love, and this marriage was just a compromise with her fate, but after knowing the truth, she felt cheated and shattered. She asked Dan Dan for help, and so Dan assists Reyeon in fleeing the wedding.
