This is a game show and was first released on 2019’s Halloween. The second season was released in October 2021.
What is the Show All About?
It’s a game show; hence it includes certain members who are in the game, and as the game commences, the players are eliminated, and slowly, only a few people make it to the end. In this series, eleven people are left to spend their days beside a lodge situated near the lake. But it’s not just any other summer camp kind of thing that would include several activities and games, and people would win tiny trophies and leave with fun and frolic.
This show has a murderer amongst them. And the sole motive of these players is to be in the game and find out who is the murderer between them. They have to spot the murderer before they are declared dead in the game.
Why is the Game Difficult?
Though it sounds very interesting, it’s always hard to know who is the odd one out here. As in real life, we also stay with real people without realizing that the fake ones are here. And this is a game where the murderer is only playing their role really well by acting. We cannot decipher such things in real life; how well would someone do it in a game where you are paid to pretend?
Many of them watch the show because it creates a different level of excitement amongst the audience. After all, though they are not playing the game, they even think about the characters. Some of them already know who the culprit is, and they sit back to see which player is smart enough to rule out this fact.
Why the Second Season?
Shows like these receive just a lot of appreciation, and people love watching it. Hence the first season was very clear proof that this would be going for the second season, too, with just a few advancements and changes. Thus this show went in for a second season. This season was released on October 10, 2021. And was made available for the viewers on the CW. This show was not only loved by the audience residing in that place but by others too.
Hence, there is a separate fan base for the show apart from the usual ones. This season has its episodes released every Sunday. Hence the first one was released on October 10, the second on October 17, the third on October 24, and the upcoming episode would be on October 31.

The main part about this game is to collect cash for yourself without being targeted and killed in the process. The longer you can survive that way, the longer you get to be in the game. Will the innocent players know who is fooling them in the show and how they will play the game now?
