Kingdom – the anime adaptation of the Manga series is written and illustrated by Yasuhisa Hara. Studio Pierrot had taken the responsibility of the Manga adaptation into Anime. The episode is directed by Masayuki Iimura and written by Kaneko Suzuyuki. The series will end after the release of another 2 episodes as it is set for a run of 24 episodes.

Plot
The storyline of the series follows the lives of Li Xin and Li Piao, who are best friends and work as servants in the village. They both dream of becoming the greatest general of their time. Piao gets an offer to act as a body double for the King of Qin, and he gladly accepts it. He returns home and dies. Xin then moves to the Qin Kingdom and meets Ying Zheng, the King of Qin, and realizes what his friend had been doing all this time. He initially gets angry but later on joins hands with him and tries to live his dream to its ultimate success.

Expectations Based on Episode 21
The previous episode of Kingdom – Kingdom season 3, episode 21, was titled “A Secret Revealed.” We can expect in episode 22 to watch the battle between Qin and its enemies. We can see Xin heading his army to fight off the enemy and get everyone out of their Kingdom. It will reveal how Xin will fight the enemy and what tactics he uses to fight them off.
We will witness that Xin has previously fought off a similar fighting style and recalls his past actions and training. He soon realizes that his enemy isn’t strong and just fast, and with this information, he fights him.
