Lost in Space is a science fiction-based American television series. It is the reconsideration of the series Lost In Space, 1965. Two seasons of the series have been premiered till date, consisting of several 20 episodes. The first season was released on the 13th of April, 2018, on Netflix. At the same time, the second season was released on the 24th of December 2019. The official statement about making the third season was made on the 9th of March, 2020. The story starts with the Robinson Family and their space adventures. The Robinson family now has to fight and escape safely, but they have several dangers ahead of them.

Well, now the question is whether Ben Alder played by JJ Feild, will be returning or not? As shown in Season 2, Alder was killed by a group of robots; it hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it doesn’t remain very certain. Also, Parker Posey, cast as Dr. Smith, is shown sacrificing her life to save Maureen. But, later in the episodes, Dr. Smith’s scarf is found, which leaves us quite doubtful about her death and her return in Third Season. It is also expected that a new face would be seen in the third season playing Judy’s long-lost father, Grant Kelly.

What can we expect from the third season of Lost In Space? More adventures, dangers and a whole lot of thrilling fun. Let us first see where did the Second Season leave off.
The second season concluded with the children being put in a smaller spaceship named Jupiter. Judy Robinson was asked to take charge of the spacecraft in which the kids were kept. Later, they come across a long-lost spacecraft, Fortuna. Judy finds out that her biological father was at the tiller. Now, they find themselves lost in another part of the Space, while Maureen and John are in some other unknown part. Rest is to be cleared in the Third Season.
There’s a lot of things which going to unfold in season 3 of Lost In Space. The return of Dr. Smith. Whether the Robinson Family makes it safe and find each other and reunite? And the most important and mysterious thing to be explained; the origin of the robotic aliens. All this material makes one thing for sure: we should get ready for the best of all seasons. Season 3 is going to be the best. In an interview, when asked to Zack Estrin, the show Lost In Space producer, about the end of the story in the Third Season, he mentioned that the team had seen the series as a trilogy since the beginning.
Is the Trailer Out? What is the Expected Release Date?
In 2020, it was made official that Season 3 of Lost In Space was in the making and would be out on Netflix around 2020. The show’s producer, Zack Estrin, has been seen posting the behind-the-scenes on his social media handle. Hence it is clear that the third season is coming soon. In January, Zack posted a picture displaying Will, played by Maxwell Jenkins and a robot.
There hasn’t been any official trailer announcement yet. But it surely is expected to be released in September 2021. So you’ll be ready to witness the best and the most adventurous experience of all the seasons yet. It’s for sure that Season 3 won’t disappoint at all.
