It is without a doubt that kids have the wildest imagination. As they are free and their creativity goes to heights we can not imagine. When we were young, we imagined unicorns and dragons and much more stuff and wished that all of those things could come to life.
Well, now that expectation is coming to reality. Netflix is dropping its new show “Making Fun” where a group of builders take orders from children and turn their wild imaginations into reality. With the show releasing on the 4th of March, here is what you should know before watching it.
Release Date And Where to Watch
The fun show will release on 4th March 2022 on Netflix around 12:01 a.m. PT or 3:01 a.m. ET. What is the Show About?
With jimmy releasing a trailer about his new concept, it showed us that he and a handful of skilled men are going to be creating ideas given to them by kids. They will be taking orders from kids to create the most absolute and unimaginable inventions which you will ever see.
With ideas ranging from cat poop flinging catapults to a dint-taco-toilet that barfs up Mexican cuisine, they are going to create it all or at the least try to create anything which is humanly possible. The main point of the show will be to let the kid’s imagination run free and wild, but the point of building them? That’s totally pointless and DiResta says it himself.
What to Know Before Watching?
Netflix initially made the move to ask Mechelle Collins, Kevin Dill and Mike Odair to executive produce the show. Each of them has a lot of experience in the field and has also worked in previous hit shows like The Millionaire Matchmaker. Odair has worked and produced shows like Ridiculousness and Duck Dynasty which are also a good watch for many viewers. Intuitive Entertainment will be producing he show
Apart from Making Fun, if you are wondering where you have seen Jimmy before, it will probably be in ‘Trash to Cash’ which was way back in 2003. He later starred in ‘Hammered with John and Jimmy DiResta’. He also hosted Against the Grain on the DIY network in 2009.
In recent years, he was featured in NBC’s Making It from 2018 to 2021 as a shop master. He was also seen in Ask This Old House on PBS from 2018 to 2020. With his great interest in working with tools and materials since childhood, Jimmy has come a long way. From being creative to actually making most of his imaginations come true, he is now doing the same for the other young kids out there.
