The highly anticipated thriller-packed Spanish series is out with its season 5 part 2, and we have mixed emotions about it. Post the release of the first five episodes in September this year, the wait for the next five to air was desperate, but as the time has come, we have our hearts full as this would be the end to this majestic journey.
With the remaining episodes of the season released on December 3, 2021, we couldn’t have asked for such a great opening as it could be witnessed in episode 6, titled Escape Valves. With emotions all high but targets yet to achieve, we have so much to see, and it’s just the beginning!
What Shouldn’t You Miss In Episode 6-Escape Valves?
The first episode of the show’s finale opened with the characters of the show grieving the loss of Tokyo with The Professor heartbroken from the news and ended up locking himself up in the bathroom.
Meanwhile, we see Sagasta willing to continue the mission despite many injured and going against the opinions of Tamayo. Taking advantage of the entire situation, Sierra tries to chase away, but The Professor realizes her intention and follows her with the responsibility of the rest on Benjamin.
Episode 6 is an emotional ride with its characters having no time to feel the emotion. Rio plans to create violence owing to his emotional state of mind, while Lisbon wants to come to terms with the authorities. Agitated Lisbon disarms him and makes him remember that he would be in a much worse state if she had it her way. With The Professor, the chase after Sierra is still in motion, where the latter blames the deaths on the former.
He manages to approach the car of Sierra and finally comes face to face with her and makes her understand that if she doesn’t listen, she could end up in prison. But she is no ears and plays smart enough to be a step ahead of The Professor.
On the other hand, Lisbon shares with the world about the demise of individuals, especially Tokyo who’s mission was for love and that it was an emotional tribute to the departed soul. But as Rio tells the supporters outside of the bank to leave, they completely refuse, which charges up the emotions.
Meanwhile, Denver gets confronted by Stockholm about her feelings, and the duo ends up having some intimate time. But it’s somewhat certain that they might end up separated, specifically when Stockholm discovers that Denver shared a romantic kiss with Manila.
What Happened Towards The End Of The Episode?
Towards the end of the episode, we see the tiff between The Professor and Sierra continue and how the latter manages to tie up the former and take Tamayo’s wife hostage. When Tamayo arrives at the location, he is told by Sierra to resign and retract her lies in order to solve the situation.
While the tied-up Professor manages to escape the car trunk, he somehow gets caught by Sierra. With police ransacking the building, she has no alternative but to work with the Professor.
How Many Episodes Are There For Money Heist Season 5 Volume 2?
With one of the longest seasons of the show, season 5 has been divided into two parts, the initial one with the first five episodes that aired three months back on September 3 this year and the latest part 2 with remaining episodes from 6-10 on December 3.
With some major cliffhangers in part 1 of season 5, the fans were keenly in wait for the rest of the episodes to land on their screens. This season will thus mark the show with a total of 41 episodes from all the seasons.
