What Happened Previously in NCIS: Hawaii Episode 9?
The previous episode 9 of NCIS: Hawaii, known as Impostor, showed the team discovering about a man whose body was found on an island and turned out to be that of Ken Ito from World War II. But the individual of the same name happens to be a surviving entity on papers, so the bosses of Jane decide to find out that whether the survivor is real Ken Ito or not.
But the case gets complicated as the survivor happens to suffer from dementia and remembers very little of the details. But Tennant soon comes to the fact that Ken Ito was indeed an immigrant from Japan who got hired as a civilian.
To add to it, a gun was found with him that was used to kill Ito. But eventually, the truth comes out that Ken Ito happened to take away the gun from the survivor as he was trying to kill himself but instead gets shot down by an attack plane from Japan.
