Maid is an american comedy drama tv series, which is going to release soon. It inspired the memoir Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay, and a Mother’s Will to Survive by Stephanie Land. Molly Smith Metzler created it. In the series, the struggles of a single mother after coming out of a toxic relationship will be shown, that how she will manage everything to make her daughter’s future bright.

Plot or the Storyline of the Series

It was mentioned earlier that it got its adaptation from the memoir Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay, and a Mother’s Will to Survive by Stephanie Land. Molly Smith Metzier created it. In this, a single mother becomes a house cleaner or a maid after an escape from an abusive or toxic relationship to give her daughter a better future. In this adaptation of the series, the names have been changed from that of books. It will have different names, but the characters will mostly be the same.

Thankfully we don’t have to wait for a long time to witness the new series Maid as after the teaser which came out in late August, and we know that it will be released on October 1, 2021. It will have 10 episodes in total, and as we know, it is a Netflix drama. It is not wrong to guess that it can be somewhere in between 40-60 minutes each.

Should We Watch it or Skip it?

It will be an amazing series to watch as of the great characters or the cast it has. All the actors have done a commendable job on their behalf. The mesmerizing plot or the storyline will surely motivate its audience in some way or the other. This shows the hard work and struggles of a single mother who first left her toxic or abusive relationship and then struggles for her daughter to give her a better future.

So yes, we should definitely watch it. It will be a great one to watch firstly because of its adaptation of the book and secondly because of its amazing star cast that will put the cherry on the top for this series.

In short, Netflix’s new series MAID is definitely a must-watch for all. It is a simple comedy-drama but with a lot of motivational factors. The struggles of a single mother who works really hard to make her daughter’s future bright, and for that, she has turned into a house cleaner. So yes we all should watch it for sure.
