The spin-off of the television series RuPaul’s Drag Race the UK has been made, which is called RuPaul’s Drag Race the UK vs. The World. It is a reality competition television show which premiered on February 1, 2022, at 9 pm. Each episode will be of 60 to 70 minutes. The World of Wonder is the production company and the distributor as well.
The inauguration took place on January 17, 2022. After that, the nice international queens who have completed their Drag Race franchise before and have succeeded will participate in the television series. Then, in March 2021, the filming of the series started in Manchester (where RuPaul’s Drag Race UK’s third series got filmed).
Who are the Contestants?
The contestants are Baga Chipz, who is 31 years old from England. Blu Hydrangea, who is 25 years old from Northern Ireland, Cheryl Hole from England, Janey Jacké from North Holland, Jimbo from Canada, Jujubee from Massachusetts, Lemon from New York, Mo Heart from Missouri, and lastly Pangina Heals from Central Thailand.
All these contestants have participated in other television shows before and in Drag Race. However, the contestants are more motivated to win this time, not willing to give up upon this chance at any cost and prove themselves this time.
Who are Among the Outstanding Judges?
The judges are Melanie C, who is a singer. Michelle Keegan, an actress. Jade Thirlwall, a singer. Daisy May Cooper, an actress. Jonathan Bailey, an actor. Clara Amfo, radio presenter. Johannes Radebe, a dancer. The talented judges will help guide the contestants and choose the deserving winner.
The judges have excelled in their part and career and are now humble and excited to help the next winner to get exploration and confidence.
