Sasaki and Miyano began as manga around 2016 and has now been adapted into an anime series. It’s the anime most looked forward to in 2022. the first episode has already premiered. The animation is stunning, with meticulous attention to fine detail. The avatars’ eyes make it unique from those other anime. They’re a tiny bit larger than normal. However, we should appreciate it as it has a distinct aesthetic identity.

Sasaki and Miyano is a lifestyle and BL anime at the same time. This is about 2 different High School classmates, Sasaki and Miyano, as even the name suggests. Miyano is a shy young guy who enjoys reading BL manga. On the other hand, Sasaki is a mediocre student who seems to be frequently late to school.
Both appear to see nothing in hand until they encounter and Sasaki develops a fascination with Miyano one day. Over BL mangas, the two form an unbreakable relationship. Having a BL narrative with storylines connecting over BL is innovative and self-referential.
The Peculiar Characters
The majority of the episode of the series is concentrated on two leads. However, we will get to know some other personalities, particularly Hirano, who is really friends with them. The installment is told through Miyano’s perspective, and while we do see recollections of the same kind of distinct events through Sasaki’s perspective.
This storytelling form appeals to me since it allows us to learn about both protagonists’ views. This play is about Miyano any more than it is about Sasaki. Several voice artists voice characters in Japanese and English.
