The Chinese anime series, Scissor Seven, isn’t a regular anime; it is a hilarious, genre-hopping hand-drawn anime that centers around a hairdresser, a quasi-assassin in disguise, who is stuck in a power struggle between two feudal groups. It is also a quest to recover his memory which has failed him. Known as Killer 7 in China, Netflix took it up for worldwide distribution.
The first season had a total of 14 episodes and aired from April 25 to June 20 in 2018, and Netflix aired the first season in January 2020. What will Happen in Scissor Seven Season 3?
After the protagonist, Seven, confronts Redtooth in the second season’s finale, it seems that he is regressing into his older self. He then makes use of his skilled barber techniques and combines them with Xuanwu martial arts to fight against the Blood Demon, finally defeating him. However, this is not all for Seven, and he needs to wrap his head around various other matters of his previous life.
So, he lands on a boat, planning to make it back to Xuanwu, and he departs from the Chicken Island. However, in Xuanwu, there is a steep price on the head, and hence Seven needs to stay vigilant to save his life.
