‘Severance’ is an upcoming thriller series directed by Ben Stiller and Aoife Mcardle. It is all ready to premiere on Apple TV+ on February 18, 2022. Dan Erickson is the creator of this enthralling series.
With the country of origin being the United States and primarily streaming in English, this riveting drama is based on a surgical program called severance, where methods are employed to separate non-work memories of employees from their memories of work. This drama is set on the Lumon Industries. This surgical procedure results in a clear separation between the work and personal lives of employees.
Stream Or Skip?
Everything looks smooth at work, with Mark leading a team of employees who have all undergone severance. Things go awry when a mysterious co-worker appears in the scene from outside work. In a while, the air feels different as everyone starts discovering uncomfortable truths about their lives- guesswork is a personal thing, after all.
A culmination of drama, mystery, and thriller, this series goes beyond discovering hard truths in a regular workplace. A new story, to begin with, severance is something very rarely encountered in past dramas. You can look forward to a new experience in dealing with work relationships.
So do not skip this drama if you are into work fiction. It may take a while to adjust to unfamiliar settings and may take longer to fix the pieces of the puzzle, but it’s definitely worth the wait.
