What Happened in Episode 8?
After getting over with the introduction, let’s recall what happened in episode eight of this show that was titled ‘I, Excretus.’ Here, we got to see unhappy Mariner, particularly because of the senior officers’ treatment of their juniors. However, when she gets to hear the news that the senior and the juniors might get a swap role, she feels elated. Mariner also had to go through certain challenges and in which they failed, but there is only one person who succeeds, that is Boiler. Mariner, Tendi, and Rutherford are quite frustrated after this failure.
On the other side, the senior officers also don’t seem to be that happy as they are also in the same situation as their juniors. They are not able to do the tasks assigned to them. However, it is decided at the end that the juniors and seniors will be put together in the same team for the final challenge.
In this challenge, they had to steal a starship while rescuing Spock. But unfortunately, the events turn out to be negative due to some arguments leading to a ship crash. In the end, it is revealed that the examiner was testing the teams in order to bring them together.
What does Will happen in Season 2, Episode 9?
In episode 9 of ‘Star Trek: Lower Decks’ season 2, Boiler’s main focus is that he might be planning to get into some new scheme only to get on a higher hierarchal chain. He will be seen making friendly terms with Commander Ransom only to flatter him to get want he truly wants. But in this process, he might be seen juggling between his two personalities, one who is his authentic self and the other; he is trying to impersonate.
