Despite all of the unexpected twists that perhaps the notion entails, the program is already remarkably calm. Unfortunately, the Cleaning Lady falls into that uncomfortable common way of programs that aren’t so highly hateable only as simply forgettable, as it’s too controlled to be genuinely bubbly and too goofy to be authentically gritty.
The Cleaning Lady gets respect for attempting to restore some power to individuals who have suffered it – problems and all. However, it’s interesting to note how uncommon it would be for a series to be told through into the perspective of an impoverished, unregistered Southeast Asian female heroine. Perhaps if the things we would see through glasses had much more vitality to it.
Is the Lead Just Cleaner?
Thony De La Rosa, a Cambodian medical practitioner, has his son Luca diagnosed with a serious, lifetime immunological disease.
Thony asked her husband Marco within Philippine islands to seek immediate medical care for her son inside the U.S. If the only corresponding bone marrow donation declines and her visa expires, Thony is trapped in Las Vegas, expected to support her child by continuing to work as both a cleaning woman along with her Philippine national sister-in-law Fiona.
The Crime Scene
Gangster Arman Morales enlists Thony to utilize her medicinal abilities as a “cleaner,” eliminating proof of both the mob’s misdeeds after accidentally witnessing a murder. As a result, Thony enters a world of moral dilemmas, leading the double existence that includes maintaining mysteries from her home while scrubbing death scenes, avoiding the authorities, and playing according to her own laws in a deadly criminal underground.

The show has an odd name, which does not mean that the storyline is odd. The plotline is what we call simple, but it is not! The next episode is named “the lion’s den,” and the last episode’s conclusion is a cliffhanger.
