The Line is originally an audio series consisting of 4 parts. Who is Eddie Gallagher?
Eddie Gallagher, or Edward R. Gallagher, is US Navy Seal who made it to the headlines after being accused of having killed a minor, a prisoner, in the year 2018 September. He was made guilty of the fact that it was he who had stabbed the 17 years old lad and then clicked a photo beside his dead body. All such accusations took place when he was serving for his nation during the Battle of Mosul.
The boy who lost his life was Khaled Jamal Abdullah. As per reports, two Seals heard Gallagher stating that the boy is mine, which became a turning point. He had gone to the boy then and thus is believed to have killed him as well.
What Happened to Gallagher?
As evident in the photo as well, available on the internet, you all can see he did seem happy with the death of Abdullah. During his case, he was also accused of being cruel and always vigorously brutal towards his enemies, which made this accusation all truer. His relationship with the other men was also not that good.
After being held on trial and served confinement, it was made evident with proof that he did not kill Abdullah. Eddie Gallagher is currently leading a life in Florida, but the accusation indeed changed a lot in him.

Now, as you know now, Eddie Gallagher is the one around whom the story revolves. But it is not only the story that is making the series famous alone. The depiction of accurate details accompanied by pictures are to be mentioned as well. The story is a struggle to go against all odds and find out was Eddie Gallagher truly guilty or was made one? It is a fight to find the truth, which does, in the end, comes out after being diverted several times.

Is it Worth Watching?
Since The Line is based on a true story, the audience must be watching it. The documentary may be dull, but knowing what happens on such military bases and getting an idea of how justice can be served at any cost is worthy of being watched.
