What Happened in Episode 1?
In the first episode of the second season, Alex leaves TV eight months later and moves to Maine. Bradley takes over the Morning Show, but she struggles with declining stars. Cory isn’t fired from the board and is left to face the board alone. Cory goes to Maine to persuade Alex to go back to co-host the evening show after the network decides to have Bradley’s current partner host.
Although at first, she resents Cory and says that he must leave. Once in New York, after she learns what has been happening covertly, she snaps at Cory. In the end, Cory comments in a voicemail that her most prosperous days ahead are still ahead, and he seemingly persuades Alex she should return to work soon.
Possible Plot of The Morning Show Season 2 Episode 2
There may be a scene depicting COVID spreading throughout America during episode 2. Alex may accept a cost-effective deal in place for a primetime show if he agrees to come back. At the same time, Cory instructs the UBA lawyers to give Hannah’s family what they want. Bradley breaks up with the network because of being treated badly by the executives, causing a greater sense of hostility among the executives.
Alex knows some of the recruits and will meet Ty Burton, who is responsible for the social media. Cory might arrange a dinner for the hosts of the Morning Show to get to know each other.
