The popular American television drama, The Morning Show, was out with its second edition on September 17, 2021, and till now has successfully released five of its episodes for the current season. Inspired from Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV book by Brian Stelter, the show was developed by Kerry Ehrin while Jay Carson has looked after its creation.
The show that initially premiered back in November 2019 is also known by the name of Morning Wars in Indonesia and Australia.

What Went Down in Episode 5 of The Morning Show Season 2?
The previous episode titled Ghostsshowed a deal being made between Fred and Cory. The latter would become UBA’s CEO and, as a favor, would make sure that Fred would get his severance package. Meanwhile, with Hannah’s dad filing a case against UBA, Cory’s position is in danger as he is threatened not to miss out on the deal in any way.
Meanwhile, preparing for the Democratic debate, Alex is worried about the revelations Maggie Brener’s book would make. She is paid a visit by rival show’s lead anchor Audra who tells the former about her interviewing Maggie.
As the show progresses, the news of Bradley and Laura’s relationship reaches Cory, but he refuses to pay attention to it, owing to his feelings for Bradley. The latter, along with Alex, Laura and Chip, go to Las Vegas. On the other hand, Cory tries to make a settlement with Hannah’s dad but fails. He comes to know through his lawyer that Fred’s story has been prevented from reaching everywhere except the Vault.
Cory is then left with no choice but to use Bradley and Laura’s affair as a tool to prevent Fred’s story from being published by Vault. Towards the end, Alex is seen dropping the idea to moderate the debate, owing to her physical and emotional distress.
What to Expect From Episode 6 of The Morning Show Season 2?
The upcoming episode titled A Private Person will show Bradley’s efforts to gain recognition for abating the debate on democracy. Meanwhile, Chip is worried about no response from Alex, and he eventually lies to Cory, Stella, and Mia about her return. In order to make a replacement for Alex, he suggests Laura’s name, but except Cory, the other two will be seen disagreeing on the opinion.
On the other hand, to prevent Laura and Bradley from releasing a popular piece on Hannah, Cory will expose the relationship between the two to the Vault. However, Bradley will be delighted to share space with Laura, but the latter has her own doubts. Along with this, Bradley’s brother will suddenly show up in the city when the news of Bradley and Laura’s affair is published.

The second season’s sixth episode of The Morning Show is all set to be available for the viewers on Friday, October 22, on Apple TV+ at 12.00 a.m. PT. This season also comprises a total of ten episodes, just like its predecessor season, and releases them every Friday.
