The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed by Light is an about to come Japanese Netflix anime movie that is the sequel of the highly popular Seven Deadly Sins anime series. The film is directed by Takayuki Hamana and with the story that creator Nakaba Suzuki writes. But the screenplay was written by Rintarō Ikeda.
Although if you have already watched the series of the same name, then you might be aware that its previous seasons are already out, most probably, there will not be any upcoming season. Instead of that, the movie is readily available to watch.
The Plot of The Seven Deadly Sins!
The movie’s plot revolves around Goddesses, Humans, and Fairies, with Seven Deadly Sins, help each other win the “Holy War” against the Demons that reside around. And in this war, The Demon King is defeated, but the Lion Sin of Pride, “Escanor,” dies in the battle.
Now, let’s read the story in more detail and depth after the world is back in peace and all the seven deadly sins move along their respective paths, with Meliodas traveling to the place of memories with Elizabeth. But to the misfortune, the peace doesn’t stay for long as the second king of fairies, King Dahlia, appears as the evil opponent.
So, all the deadly sins have to reunite again to fight against it, and the holy war brings together all entities and humans. After the war ends, all the deadly sins move back on their way, unaware of the more significant threat that is waiting for them.

The whole task revolves around the Deadly Sins work in bringing the world into a better phase or somewhat like it was originally.

The movie was originally released in Japan on July 2, 2021. The movie has received quite a good inbox office income in Japan that was122 million yen (about USD 1.1 million). And ofcourse, after coming to Netflix, it will again break all the records.
