This Is Us, NBC’s popular drama, aired for the first time in 2016. Created by Dan Fogleman, the story follows the lives of the Pearson siblings, simultaneously telling the story of their parents through flashbacks. Any other weeping you might be hearing is probably coming from the network as the show is both a critical and a rating favorite for them, but as they say, all good things come to an end, so does this show.

Is There a Promo?
Yes, of course, the fourth episode has a promo. We are aware of Jack’s abusive father. With the episode 4 promo, we see the makers finally unravel Jack’s mother’s mysteries. With the show coming to an end, the makers are trying to tie all the loose ends and answer all the questions the show’s fans might be having.
What to Know Before the 4th Episode?
In January 20’s episode “Four Fathers”, it hinted how the future might turn out to be for the four fathers in the series. Kate connects with Philips over the difficulties in marriages. The creators introduce a cooking apparatus here similar to a crockpot in her mother’s case, which might signify that their marriage might not last.
Kevin decides against texting his co-star and not repeating his past mistakes of diving into another disastrous relationship. He calls Cassidy instead, indicating that she might eventually be the next Mrs. Kevin Pearson. But the show’s real twist came in the form of Milo Ventimiglia’s character Jack. Jack and Rebecca let out a sigh of relief at ending the day on a happy note.
However, Rebecca ironically adds that a day isn’t really over unless it decides it is. As she says this, Jack gets a call notifying him that his mother has passed away, thereby ending the day in heartbreak.
