The American series What If is the first Marvel animation series inspired by the Marvel Franchise comic range with the same name. Each episode of the series will show a new story each time, thus making it an anthology series. It is the directorial venture of Bryan Andrews amd made under the production of Marvel Studios. The creation is by A.C. Bradley, while animation has been done by Stephan Franck (Flying Bark Productions, Blue Spirit, and Squeeze).
Joining the former are Bryan Andrews, Victoria Alonso, Louis D’Esposito, Kevin Feige, and Brad Winderbaum as the show’s executive producers. The producer of the 4th series in the Marvel Cinematic universe on TV is Carrie Wassenaar. The narrator in all the episodes is the Watcher, voiced by Jeffrey Wright. The story will have stars from Marvel movies for their respective characters.
Post the conclusion of the ongoing season of What If, the subsequent season is in the makers’ minds and will probably be released by 2022. The exciting news was confirmed by the Marvel Studios head, Kevin Feige. Since its premiere on August 11, 2021, What If has garnered love from fans, and the viewers are eagerly waiting for new episodes. The episode was titled- What If…Thor were an Only Child? The episode focused on an alternate reality of where Odin and Thor didn’t adopt Loki remained the only Asgard prince.
The God of Thunder then goes to earth to Las Vegas after he is left alone by his parents. Warriors Three joined him to celebrate the party where individuals from different planets across the galaxy were invited to have the fun of their lifetime. The Thunder God is so much into the party that the world is on the verge of destruction. However, Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers) has to intervene when Thor is subjected to the unwanted behavior of the guests in the party.
What to Expect from Episode 8 of What If?
As of now, nothing precisely is known about the upcoming episode of What If, but fans can expect to watch Tony Stark and Gamora in the latest episode. But this time, Gamora, we know from the Marvel movies, isn’t the one portrayed in the episode. She follows Thanos in his doings and is certain to seek revenge from Tony Stark after he killed the Mad Titan in the Battle of New York.
When will Episode 8 of What If Release?

The upcoming episode will be aired on Disney+ on September 29, 2021. The episode will be around 30 minutes long. The timings of the release will be 3 am Eastern Time in the US, 5 pm in Sydney, Australia, and 8 am in the UK. The show is scheduled to go off air by October 6 this year. A total of nine episodes were slated in the first season. Just the two remainings after episode 7 will finally end the sci-fi series of our favorite superheroes from the Marvel Universe in an alternate reality.
