When the big fight in Umbrella Academy Season 3 Episode 3, an older man comes up and helps Hargreeves siblings to win against The Sparrows. Later, it was revealed that he was none other than Harlan.
Harlan was introduced to us in season 2 when Number 5 accidentally dropped everyone in different timelines. Vanya (now Victor) was taken in by Sissy and Carl after the former accidentally ran them over. Harlan was a non-verbal autistic child of them.
During their stay, Victor with them Harlan and he grew closer. Later, Harlan was found drowning in the lake. Victor uses its power to separate the water and runs to him. But, it was too late; Harlan was not breathing. While Victor was giving mouth to mouth to Harlan, a few particles of his powers were also shared. This gave rise to the forces of Harlan.

Justin Paul Kelly plays the young Harlan. The actor is also known for featuring in the Creeped Out (2017).
Although Timm Zemanek plays the elder version of Harlan in Season 3, he is known to be featured in Thick as Thieves (1990), Catwalk (1993), Back in Action (1994), Vanished (1998), Steal This Movie (2000), Men with Brooms (2002), and many more movies and series.
