Freeform will continue with its Fosters spinoff- Good Trouble for its Season 4. This great news was announced during Season 3B’s finale episode as there are many great things still left to look forward to. Read on to know more.
We’ll always want to see more of Good Trouble, this being one of the longest-running shows of the network Freeform. The show launched back in 2019 and is a spin-off of ABC’s The Fosters. The Audience got new episodes after a long wait as the second and third seasons were put on hold due to the ongoing pandemic. The show is unique in every sense. Even the audiences will want a proper final season for the show’s conclusion, and we’re not satisfied yet. We want more of Good Trouble.
Many questions were left unanswered in Good Trouble’s season 3 finale episode- Closing Troubles. Some of those include- How will Isaac’s return affect Malika’s life? Will Mariana become a successful spy? Is Malika right in her choice of job for the attorney? How will Callie’s exit affect Mallika? What would Alice do next? Who will David pick? One thing is for sure that the Good Trouble has left audiences wanting more.
We saw Callie questioning her decision to work with a defense attorney, and she is also heartbroken after her breakup with Gael, who now wants to focus on his child. There’s a slight chance of rekindlement of romance between Callie and Jamie. Mariana has come together with Fight Club girls to thrash a rival beauty app. Mallika has got an unexpected visit from her ex- Isaac and a new job. Alice has rejected Sumi’s proposal.
Is Season 4 Confirmed?
Season 4 is officially coming, and this was confirmed via the official Instagram page of the show, along with a poster featuring lead cast members. According to Freeform, Good Trouble is among the Top 10 shows viewed by women under 35.
When will Season 4 Come?
We can expect it to come by 2022. Not much details have been revealed as of now. In Season 4, we might see some new characters, just like Joanna Johnson has told in an interview with TVLine. This new season will be full of new love stories.
Who all will Return for Season 4?
We currently don’t have any official information regarding cast members that’ll be returning for this season. But, we can count on the cast members seen in the show’s poster, confirming season 4 and their return. Cierra Ramirez, Maia Mitchell, Sherry Cola, Zuri Adele, Tommy Martinez, Emma Hunton, Beau Mirchoff, and Josh Pence.
The one question that still remains is whether Season 4 will be the finale season or not. Good Trouble will come to an end sooner or later. There’s a slight possibility that the finale episode will be short, similar to what happened in The Bold Type. We obviously would have liked a long finale season, but then it is upto the network to decide on that. Currently, let’s just be happy that there’s Season 4 on our way.
