Good Trouble, a Disney-owned series, is now renewed for its fourth season!! The show is a spinoff of the show The Fosters. The headlines were made just after 90-minutes post the third season finale was premiered. The third season was also delayed due to the pandemic, but it’s back with more power than ever. The third season of the show ended on a note where Callie is seen questioning her career choices.
Premier History of Good Trouble
In January 2019, Good Trouble had premiered. And later was quickly renewed for its second season within a month of its debut. Freeform is the production house of Good Trouble, and it later ordered the third season of the show in January 2020. But the host of production said that the return would be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The third season of Good Trouble was quickly debuted in February, just one year for the season’s second finale aired.
The on-air ratings of the show Good Trouble are really good as it is a well-reached show. There are about 164,000 viewers for initial airings. Freeform declares that Good Trouble happens to rank among its top 10 cable dramas of Freeform. It hits the core demographic of women of the ages of 18-34. Hulu marks the most-watched season to be the third Season of Good Trouble. Good Trouble’s all seasons, are available to watch for viewers on Hulu.
Season 3 proved to be the longest season of the entire show as it had 19 episodes that aired overall. Season 2 consisted of 18 episodes, while Season 1 was 13. Hence, Season 4 is said to air in 2022. As we reach near 2022, then the exact date and episode count will be released.
Good Trouble Plot
The storyline of the show revolves around the residents of a communal living apartment building, The Coterie. It is located in downtown Los Angeles. The residents pursue their careers, love, and friendships while learning and unlearning things that get them into trouble. Of course, they would wish things to go smoothly, but that’s not what is in their fate.
The characters undergo work troubles, relationship issues, and weird friendship dramas on top of it. The issues make up for juicy headlines for all the seasons aired. Callie takes on the legal system as she works as a federal judge; meanwhile, Mariana is in the race to make her mark in the tech world dominated by men.
Callie happens to be questioned by her ex-boss, who pushes her to an emotional epiphany about undying insecurities and future during the trial. After which, she said she was leaving. A lot of questions speculate around this, about her job, whether or not she’s quitting her job or not. Also, a lot of her equation with Gael and their breakup, etc. At the same time, Mariana got a job on recommendation from Evan at the beauty app.
But in the show, it seems as though she’s trying to help the Fight Club girls bring it down. Davia struggles to choose between Dennis and Matt. Alice tells Sumi that they should just remain friends. Malika starts a new job and receives a surprise visit from ex Isaac. She starts working for the city councilwoman.
