Created by John Linson and Taylor Sheridan, Yellowstone season 4 is out and has successfully released half of its episodes so far. Following its immense success through the previous seasons on Paramount Network, the current installment got its renewal more than a year back in 2020 but happened to come out this year in November.
With its dramatic plotline, Yellowstone season 4 leaves no chance to introduce the viewers to new faces every now and then. Who is Summer Higgins in Yellowstone Season 4?
In the recent episode, we saw the entry of a new character by the name of Summer Higgins, whose role has been portrayed by Piper Perabo. The episode showed a protest being held by a rough of animal rights activists outside the office of the Livestock Department. When things begin to go out of hand, John steps into the matter and calms things down.
It is learned by John that the protest was being led by Summer Higgins, an active activist of animal safety and rights who has previously been arrested a number of times for similar acts. She tells John that the reason behind their actions was to raise a voice against the outfit that state-sponsored that encourages the killing of animals.
But John certainly didn’t find himself moved and tells the Livestock department to take charges against them to disband the protest.
As of now, the entry of Higgins in Montana isn’t clear enough, but the economy of state animal husbandry might have attracted activists like her. She will be seen getting to know about the threat posed by the building of the airport by Market Equities to the natural animals and fauna around it, thereby provoking her to take action against them.
What Is The Show All About?
Duttons face a terrible attack on them and somehow manage to save their lives. But now, they are determined to take any action against their enemy in order to protect their ranch. In the family, we will see Jamie get closer to her father, John, while the new entry of Caroline Warner is sure to re-energize the long quarrel between the ranch owners and the tribes. It will be interesting to see how the Duttons manage to safeguard their ranch.

The current season has many regulars from previous editions, which comprise of Kevin Costner portraying the role of John Dutton, the Dutton patriarch determined to look after his Yellowstone Ranch. He is joined by Luke Grimes portraying the role of Kayce Dutton, Kelly Reilly portraying the role of Beth Dutton, Wes Bentley portraying the role of Jamie Dutton.
Cole Hauser portrays the role of Rip Wheeler, Gil Birmingham portrays the role of Thomas Rainwater and others. New faces that made the entry to this season are Jacki Weaver essaying Caroline Warner, Piper Perabo essaying Summer Higgins, Kathryn Kelly essaying Emily and Finn Little essaying Carter.
Where To Enjoy The Fourth Season Of Yellowstone?
The show follows a Sunday release schedule since its premiere on November 7, 2021. The show can be enjoyed at 8/7c on Paramount Network. However, it won’t be available on Paramount+, but the episodes can be streamed online the following day on Paramount’s app. Earlier episodes can be streamed on Peacock, but a little wait has to be done for the fourth season to become available on the service.
