Netflix Releases Trailer
Netflix had previously released a teaser for season three, revealing the baby’s name that Joe and Love are about to give birth. The name was revealed as ‘Henry.’ Now again, Netflix has released a trailer on their official YouTube channel. Viewers can head to YouTube to watch the nerve-wracking trailer of You, season three.
What are We Speculating Through the Trailer?
The trailer opens with a scene of a hospital. Love is seen giving birth to Henry, and Joe has a scared expression on his face. We then see it cuts to a scene of Joe and Love taking care of Henry. It shows that they’ve moved to another place. It cuts to the crimes they both have committed and how they want to forget all of it and act like a good neighbor next door.
Furthermore, it then cuts to a scene where Joe again starts obsessing over a lady and starts walking on the path of crime. Not only that, but it shows a lot of cuts of them murdering someone, wrapping up the body, and eventually burying it while Henry sits in a stroller ahead of them. The trailer ends with them saying till death do us apart.
The simple and most common speculation that can be made from the trailer is that the couple involved isn’t innocent, and together they’d do anything to work thing’s out. We also speculate a time jump since this season might show a little more about Henry too, but nothing is confirmed about the same.
Reviews
The series received a positive review, mostly with just a few negative reviews. The negative reviews were that the series didn’t live up to the standards of the book. They said the book was quite intriguing, while the series failed to achieve that aspect. Some negative reviews came in that the show was good only till the first season and the next season was just a drag.
On the other hand, positive reviews came in that kept the viewers on the edge of their seats. The viewers liked the build-up of the story and the unexpected twist and turn. I think the show is a great watch, and it’s just the right amount of craziness. Now that they’ve introduced Henry, I have high hopes for what is there to unfold in front of Henry. It would be great if Netflix shows a time jump and shows us whether Henry will be Henry or the baby version of Joe. A great question to answer.
