An Anime with mother’s love, revenge drama and a will to prove one-self is Baki. Baki Hanma was brought up by his well-to-do mother, Emi Akezawa. Her mother uses her money to train him with the hope that someday, Baki would become a mighty warrior just like his father, Yujiro Hanma. His mother loved him way too much and didn’t leave any stone unturned so that her son could have a prosperous life ahead. She wanted him to be like his father, and she gave in everything to making Baki like him. Just like a loving mother, she carried out her duties very faithfully and brought up Baki in the way he should have been.
During the start of the series, Baki deviates from the traditional training and follows the path of his ruthless father’s training. Along the way, he comes across many powerful fighters. Soon, Baki fights his own father and is beaten up badly.
After this incident, Baki travels the whole world but continues his training. Years down the road during his travels he comes across an underground fighting arena, where some of these most powerful fighters, who are an expert in various fields of martial arts, come here to put their experience and knowledge to test. It is here that Baki finally trims and learns his martial art skills.
Expected Release Date and Cast
Baki, son of Ogre, has been scheduled to be released on Netflix by 2021. It would be a direct sequel to Baki: adaptation of HanmaBaki series. The mother’s unconditional love for her son and her only dream of making him like his father. All the troubles she goes through to make her son like him. And the series also focuses on how Baki takes up challenges, the fights that he had to indulge in to prove himself and also to sharpen up his skills.
The main character here in this season would be the 13 years old, BakiHanma. Who would be portrayed as the powerful warrior who is strong and is devoted towards chasing his dreams with utmost passion. All the main characters will make a comeback to season 4.
What to expect?
We can expect that in this season, Baki’s challenge to his father would be important and very significant, who is known as Yujiro Hanma, Orge in Martial arts circles. He wanted to be like his father, but he ends up challenging his own father; that would be his biggest fight.
