Moms are the rare gems in our lives who make it better, whether by giving us advice or supporting us. As children, we rarely leave our mothers’ side, but when we grow up, our priorities change, and we might not have time for them. An Anime mom is an ideal example of care, love, and passion.

Tragic events have a long history in Dororo’s family. Dororo’s parents, who are both bandits who oppose the brutal samurais, are forced to leave after being betrayed by a close friend. Ojiya continues to be brave even after Dororo’s father passes away; she travels through the countryside with Dororo and takes care of her in any way she can.
This is best demonstrated in a scene where, in the absence of a bowl, she lets Dororo pour boiling soup into her hands so that he can eat. It illustrates how far a mother will go to defend her child.
