Your favorite anime- JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, will soon return for yet another season. A live stream event on April 4, 2021 confirmed that Stone Ocean would be adapted to an anime. All the fans are pretty delighted after hearing this. A lot of manga has been adapted into anime, and there are many more which will be added to the world of anime. Seeing this trend, we weren’t so surprised when the announcement about Stone Ocean was made.
Release Date to be Announced by September 2021
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is a classic and a part of modern anime. The plot of the sixth season will focus on Jolyne Cujoh, who went to jail after being accused of manslaughter. In case you’re wondering where to stream this, it would be available on Netflix worldwide. All the episodes will be released at the same time on Netflix. However, the number of episodes isn’t confirmed yet. Whether the streaming services like Amazon Prime, Hulu and Funimation will offer the anime or not is yet not confirmed.
The shows and movies releasing on Netflix rarely get released on other platforms. The Series will be airing its weekly episodes in Japan from early 2022. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean will be released by the end of this year. An official date for the same hasn’t been confirmed yet. A weird thing about the sixth season is that even before it will be released in Japan, it will be available for the global audience to watch on Netflix.

Just two voice cast members and staff members have been confirmed till now- Fairouz Ai, who’ll play Jolyne Cujoh, and Daisuke Ono as Jotaro Kujo. Some more information came up on social media revealing some more characters, they are –

Expected Plot
So, what will happen in this brand new season? JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean shows the struggle of the Joestar family with forces of evil. This Series initially began back in the 1980s and continues to run with a huge fan base. Hirohika Araki created the hit anime, and he’s still working hard on the manga. The show’s trailer introduced us to many characters and gave us a preview of Jolyne’s theme.
The story will leap and show us the events after that of the Golden Wind. This being said, we may have to see Jolyne in jail for a crime that she didn’t commit. As you might remember, she was framed by Enrico Pucci.
